The one suggestion I would make is that you forgo having the main/central office send out updates with false information. I found Lee and Rich at the office very informative and prompt in their updates but the information sent out by the central office would often be contradictory. I'd rather just hear from the shop working on my car.

Rear storage compartment had insulation or something similar to it on blankets and other items, also three metal fastner items were left in compartment.ly was not cleaned out, which should be part of job completion.
