From start to finish, I had obviously come from an accident and was already upset. But dean and the crew were super kind, professional and most importantly, FAST!! Repairs were done beautifully and quickly! I liked the little text updates daily, but they don't actually give you real time info on your repairs, which would be nice. But that's nothing! Overall, this place was great! Why would you go anywhere else?

Everyone was so nice

I appreciated the constant updates through both text and phone calls. It allowed me to relax knowing the status of my car throughout the repair process.

Everything was done as stated before and I was very happy. I wasn't expecting the Jeep to be cleaned inside and out, that was a nice touch!

The system you use to alert your customers is not that great. You guys started off strong, seemed really great when I met you at first under the circumstances. Informed me you will call and text mon, wed, fri. Which works, I would get the text in morning and half hour to an hour later I get call. I was told the car could be done by Wednseday but more likely Thursday or Friday. I got a text that Tuesday that it would be done thursday (2/19) on Wednesday text said nearing completion and got the call and said you were starting to paint the car, so I assumed it would be done the following day, so didn't ask any questions. Heard nothing on thursday but I assumed that something came up and didn't get finished. On friday morning I got a text saying everything is on schedule, but to mean on schedule was completion on thursday. So i gave half hour and called the office. I am assuming the front desk answered I said I was just checking in since I got a text that it would be done on thursday earlier in week and that morning I got a text saying its on schedule. She told me to ignore the text as it comes from corporate and they would call when there is an update. She then transferred me to the back where I talked to someone that knew more about what was going on with the car and they informed me that a part had not arrived yet and they were waiting on it. Everything else was good, just kind irritated that I was told that I will get text and call but then informed after the fact that I should ignore it and made planning my weekend a disaster.

Kept me up to date and returner my vehicle faster than expected in clean condition. Nothing bad to report at all.
