The whole experience was great, from the initial call with Anna, who walked me through the whole process, to the regular phone call updates from **** and Brandon, and the daily text messages. My car came back looking better outside than it was before the wreck, and cleaner inside as well. Thank you for the excellent service.

Another job well done! I have used you guys twice now and cannot say enough positive words. You communicate well, do not make promises that cannot be kept and pay attention to your customers. Your Enterprise office needs work. The second time in was not as great as the first. I arrived st 11am, was taken care of promptly by ABRA associates then waited for the Enterprise associate as she was assisting another customer. Once that customer was taken care of, I expected to be the next in line. Instead, I observed the Enterprise associate text or message someone on her phone, stand up with her phone, her purse and her Enterprise mobile machine and announce she was going down to the office nearby. She never came back! ABRA associates had to call twice to have someone from Enterprise show up with a car. By this time, it was 11:45 am. Once they did, and I was in the rental car, the Enterprise associate asked me when I had arrived as the first young lady told her I had just arrived. The ABRA front desk ladies and **** are fantastic to work with. Always pleasant and helpful!

Great job by everyone! On a scale of **** - 10, I'd rate my experience as 10+...! Third time I've used ABRA and experienced consistent satisfaction! Keep up the great work, although I hope it's a while before I need you again! ;o))

The cashier on the left side the older one was rude and short other than that it was great

We were really surprised at how fast and well the repair to our car went.

George did a great job explaining everything and keeping me up to date on everything. He was very excited about fixing my car, and ensuring that it was fixed perfectly.
