I’ve been to Abra a couple of times for repairs and each time they have made it super easy and convenient. It’s a such a burden when a repair is needed but Abra has always made as hassle free as possible which is so refreshing. Everyone was super professional, they arranged my rental service for me, and they constantly kept me updated on my repair. I never needed to follow up once and best of all it was completed in the time frame they promised. Great, great service!! I couldn’t recommend them more!

It was very concerning to me that I would have been given my car with a water pump streaming coolant, actually being told "I wouldn't drive your car very far before getting that looked at" by one of the techs. If I hadn't pushed back, I don't have confidence that the job would have been finished. It cost me another 6 days with a rental car, which I had to pay for out-of-pocket. That was frustrating.

79 days to repair vehicle with an endless list of excuses. I would ALWAYS have to call for updates as this shop would never contact me first. Car looks good though and the employees were always nice and professional with me. It’s just amazing how long the repair took. I made THREE car payments while the car was in the shop.

Too many texts with not much info. I got phone calls too with no knowledge I’d been told something different in a text received two minutes before the call. You definitely need a more streamlined communication program; might I suggest an initial pick up date and time and only let me know if that changes and why.

Thank you. Only issue. I had to contact the other insurance company multiple times. Even after I was asked to give your company all the information to settle the claim.
