No one test drove the car to confirm that it drove safely before calling and stating that it was ready for pick up. We had to bring it back.

It was supposed to be a 3 day job that turned into a week. The repair guy's personality left too much to be desired for. When I had scheduled my estimate I was completely ignored while they helped another customer who arrived after me. Sure she was just dropping her car off and it took only 15 mins, but so did my appointment for an estimate. Then there were no openings until several weeks later for the repair. My insurance didn't want me to have a rental over the weekend so I had to call and reschedule. This was a month out. The Friday before my appointment I was called to reschedule because - surprise - they don 't take Monday appointments anymore. They asked me to come in on Thurs to which I reiterated that my insurance did not want me to have a rental over the weekend. They agreed to take my car in on Wed. I did not receive any calls only a few generic texts about my car's progress. I called on Fri and was told it would be Mon that I get my car. Frustrated because my rental was way bigger than my car and I had felt uncomfortable driving it although I was told I drove it well. I suffered through the week going no where but work and one place my Mom wanted to go, I muscled on. I received a lackluster, unapologetic call on Mon that my car would not be ready until the next day hopefully. Never mind the fact that this rental was a gas guzzler unlike my little car. I received a call on Tues that my car was ready. I emphatically went to pick up my car only to find it was not cleaned as promised and was cleaned the last time I had repair. This Ben guy **** and should be fired. I WILL not return here for any repair AND I will tell USAA about my experience. The lady at the front desk was sweet at least.

The paint job looks perfect. Thank you! Only issue was that an ashtray in the passenger side door of the back seat was broken. Very strange? The service manager assured me it will be replaced.
