There was ****/8 tank gas gone, the radio station was changed, the dent on the passenger side of car was worse when tried to pop out and the wash job was terrible still leaving pink chalk paint around previous dents was still on trunk and side of car.

Not only were 2 parts/pieces missing when I came all the way from Michigan (5 hour drive) to pick up the car but also there is a very large dent left in the car....Very upset!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service quality was okay, but they said that it would take a week. They called multiple times saying the car would be ready the next day, only to add more days. This was a huge issue as it effected my client scheduling. Had I known that it was going to be three weeks, I would have planned accordingly. I planned my schedule thinking I would need to pick up the car in the afternoon, but they would then cancel last minute.

My experience was exceptional. The team did an extra repair that I had asked for an estimate on -- at no charge !! They returned my car not only well repaired, but also nicely detailed. Throughout the repair, the team was highly communicative, friendly, accurate and timely. I couldn't have asked for better Thank you!!

I am very upset that it took so long almost 6 weeks to get my car back. After being given a few phone messages and a few phone calls and **** Email regarding my car, I feel the communication was inadequate. There are several things that are not correct on my car. I picked it up at 11:45am Saturday morning and my car had not been driven for 6 weeks and I had NO oil in my car. I had to add 3 full quarts of oil. I do not have a leak at all. The mirror on the passenger side is not put on correctly and there is a continuous whistling sound. The steering is extremely tight. The decal on the back tailgate is not on secure. When I opened the hood after pulling off the road because the oil pressure light came on and I was told to stop my car immediately I noticed a cap that was closed in the engine. I took a picture of it. The passenger side back window that was repaired...the motor sounds and runs as if it were in a car from a junk yard. The window barely makes it back up. I am almost afraid to open it. Not to mention 2 brand new scratches I found on the drivers side of the car. But other than that... So apparently I am not satisfied or pleased with the work I had done on my car. I will notify Geico tomorrow as I feel they should know. I have had my car worked on at this location before it was Abra. It was Hubler Collison and repair. Much more satisfied with them. I would definitely reconsider going back to Abra and not worry about having my car fixed at a close convenient location and do research to see where I could get best results. I take pride in my vehicle and have taken very good care of it. My car was a huge investment when I bought it almost 7 years ago. So for a dump truck to run me off the road and to avoid a head on collision I had my first car accident. I truly can not express to you the dissatisfaction I received from Abra. I really hope that these concerns I have will be resolved. But as to why there was no oil in my engine is even more bothersome. My car could have caught on fire! Patti Nichols ****-****-xxxx
