On two occasions the employee working the front desk was rude and spoke down to us. We didn't feel valued as a customer even though we spent quite a lot of money on the repairs! The email notifications are a great idea, but we were told that they aren't true and that we shouldn't believe them. Soo why bother with those? It's a nuisance and got our hopes up that the car would actually be completed by the estimated completion date. Instead they had the car for 4 extra days. That being said,Joe and Keith are great. We appreciated our phone call updates, and Joe spent a while talking with us about the car and made sure it looked great when we went to pick it up. I wish we could have only worked with them and bypassed the front desk completely.

Body and paint were good but when I picked it up the first time it shut down one of your people came out and it was three quarts low on oil. It's us wrecked in the front oil lines transmission lines had to be taken off that's were it had to loss the oil I confirmed that with the menchanic at Hubler your guys should of checked the oil and even changed it before the truck left. It has cost me 370.00 to repair my truck from what damage was caused. Today is 10/26/2014 on 10/31/2014 I will fill out my insurance survey hopefully by then we can have this resolved. Joe Thien was a great help and tryed to get the insurance to cover this but I agree with them it was your mechanics negligence that caused this problem.

I was very pleased with all the work done to my car! I've always came to you in the past and will continue to come to you for any repairs on my car! There were some scratches in my passenger door that seemed a little more dominant than before but maybe that's because you shined it up and cleaned all the dirt off! Thank you for your hard work!

Paint has bubbles..bumper sticks out.. Front repair sticks out or bulged if you will. Completely wrong. This needs to be back in shop under now your care.

I am completely satisfied with the repairs made to my BMW. I am not an easy customer but the customer service crew (in particular Rachel, Jesse and Joe) were fantastic at keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs. I would recommend ABRA to anyone needing their car repaired. Once again, to Rachel, Jesse Joe and the rest of the technicians, thank you for your efforts and attention to detail.

Joe at your stop 12 location was so on top of everything going on. He gave me constant feedback on what was going on. He allowed me to check on the truck whenever I wanted. I also had other repairs completed that I paid out of pocket for. They did a fabulous job and I had the best experience with you guys. I'll hope to not need you again, but if I do I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Abra!
