I had damage to my drivers side door on the inside while in it was supposed to be fixed. Nancy is going to look into it to have it repaired. Also I had a nail in my front passenger tire that wasn’t there when I put my car in your care. I had that fixed at Firestone. I was truly disappointed. I had also zeroed out my miles on the car to see how far you all would drive it and it 23 miles on it.

Pushing six week mark rejected my vehicle this evening because of putting in the paint and a dent that wasn't removed. Over the last week communication has been lack luster. Told I would here from them in the morning have to call late evening to be told it won't be ready today...yesterday I was told we will call you in the morning I called at 2 left message call returned was a vm they started ready this evening I called after 5 was told it will be done tonight go ahead a come here when I arrived I noticed the issues.

Everyone was very nice and kept me posted on the progress made on repairs. My car looked like new when I picked it up. My hubcap had fallen off and was in the car; they put it back on. They put my trunk cover back on and repaired it. I appreciate the attention to detail and the they took the time to make my car new again. Thank you to the entire team.

I also was impressed with Nancy who took the time to point out everything that was going to be fixed. She also took time, from what I know is a very busy schedule, to send me texts on the repairs and when it would be completed.
In addition, Sasha was by pleasant and informative when I picked up my vehicle. I am very happy with the repairs.
