The bumper on my vehicle had some damage on the left side caused by a tool they used when they were trying to either remove the bumper or when they put the bumper back on after they repaired the damaged section. The bumper seems to be put on crooked. One guy in the body shop lied to me and told me that they did not remove the bumper while repairing the right side that was damaged. The manager in the body shop then told me that they had to remove the bumper to repair it. At first, they acted like they did not want to fix the left side where they had messed up the bumper and then my insurance adjuster came out to look at the bumper and then they said that they would fix the bumper because he said that he did not see the damage on the left side when I brought my vehicle in for repair.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly, polite, and helpful. I especially appreciated the transportation to and from my home after dropoff and again at pickup, and the thorough cleaning my car received. I would recommend Suttle without hesitation.

Courteousness of every employee I dealt with was awesome. From the intake supervisor, to the reception desk staff, to the adjuster, to the rental car reps; everybody was fantastic. Also, loved the email updates on status of my vehicle...didn't have to guess and didn't have to call.

No one told me anything that they did to my car and I got nothing stating what they did to my car. I was very pleased with the initial drop off of my vehicle and the woman that I spoke with was great but when I picked it up, it was just that. Sign here and there is your car.

It was one of the worse car repair experiences I have ever endured. Total nightmare! Heather was the only person who cared enough to satisfy my needs as a customers. Please don't contact me. I don't want to relive this unpleasant encounter.

Very dissatisfied. After having our car in collision for two weeks, we picked it up and drove to NC on a family emergency, only to find we had no right rear blinker and no left front blinker. I took it back to Ray in collisions again, he could find no problem so sent it to warranty with no explanation. My husband called Doug in that department to find out what was happening and Doug had not been informed of the issues we were having at all. As I suggested to Ray when I brought it in the second time, we felt it must be the wiring. We bought new bulbs for both blinker lights and that didn't work. So there seems to be a break down in communications. To add to this after Ray finished with it, we had the car inspected by Suttle and it passed. Here I am on day 2 of no car again.
