Body work looks great, so far. But..when I drove away I noticed my entire dashboard was heavily coated with dust. Then noticed the seats were as well. I was dressed in black and was covered in dust. Not very professional looking. Had to come home to change before going to a meeting.

The overall experience was excellent. All personnel were extremely courteous, helpful and very professional. The whole fix took a little longer than expected but I was kept informed of any delays, problems and status constantly. Picked up the vehicle on the 28th and so far am completely satisfied with the repairs.

Body work fine. They won't admit to disconnecting battery. Every tech I talked with said that it would have to be disconnected. I picked it up and had electrical issues immediately. Had to pay my dealership diagnostic fee just to reconnect the cables. All I wanted was for Suttle to pay the fee. I was not mad about the mistake, we all do.

Let's start with why am I getting this message to leave post feedback when I haven't even got the truck back because it wasn't completed properly the first time, now you still have it in the shop. Ask me again when the truck is finished properly and I might change my thinking, but for now...not happy

Headlights were mismatched, small dent left in driver side door, chipped paint and scratches left on back driver side door, no where near the collision point of contact. Part of my car was repaired that wasn't damaged in the accident and wasn't told my car was mishandled and damaged while in the shop. Will ensure it is shown to suttle and hope they honor their guarantee.
