I really struggled with answering whether I was completely satisfied. Unfortunately, there were problems with the parts and the repair took longer than expected. That was nobody's fault and I know that everyone worked as diligently and quickly as they could to complete our repair. The geico representative and the enterprise employees were amazing! I did however call Suttle on the day we originally thought the repair would be done and spoke with a receptionist who seemed irritated that I was asking if the repair would be completed on time. She told me that If I hadn't heard otherwise that the completion time was the same and I would know when the repair was done when I received a phone call saying they were done. She did not speak with anyone to find out how the repair was going. So I drove an hour to Suttle only to find that there was a problem with parts and that the car wouldn't be ready that day. My only suggestion would be that you notify customers when there is a delay. Once Ray explained that there had been a problem with parts I was more understanding about the time it could take to complete the repairs. For the record, Ray does a wonderful job speaking with customers and he is so personable he makes the whole process much more pleasant! Courtney Green
