I have to return to the dealership this morning. I'm happy with the body work but who ever put the electronics back together has now caused both side impact sensors to show faults that require a technician to correct. Not pleased about this. I hope whom ever looks at my Ford, knows what they are doing. It's a Chevy dealership after all.

Received a couple general updates on email as I recall But not the critical ones indicating car wouldn't be ready on Friday And when it was ready Monday. That info Was received by phone call which was great In other words, not sure the emails were Useful at all and you may be wasting your time there

There were no hassles, daily communication giving updates, and a very nice extra touch with the car wash! In addition, it was so convenient to have the rent a car in the same place. All was very impressive!

Kept ordering the wrong part for my car, kept texting me updates that it was going to be done that day everyday for a week but wasn't. Parked and waited outside the repair shop waited for the dude in grey sweatshirt to let me in (never did) neither did he tell me to move or to find a different parking spot if he couldn't open the door. After no recognition waiting I left and found a parking spot no thanks to dude in the garage. Whet to get keys he stared at me said nothing and pointed to the key in my car door sarcastically.

Karen Ranger is superb! She is professional and efficient. With USAA, I had a choice where to go. Because of her performance a couple of years ago on another claim, I chose to come back to her and Suttle again. My vehicle was repaired under estimated time and to standard. Again, I wholeheartedly recommend Karen Ranger and Suttle!

After seeing the repairs that included replacing the left headlight, there was a stark difference in the appearance of the replaced headlight and the one not replaced. Even though I recently had my truck detailed and the headlights sanded, the difference in appearance was very noticable. I wish Suttle would have given me the option to also replace the other headlight and pay for that separate from the insured coverage since they knew due to the age of my truck it was going to look bad by comparison. Now, I'm going to have to get that headlight replaced and I'm sure it's going to cost me more than if it was done during the repairs. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied with the quality of the work performed.

There were some scratches on my vehicle and your service man said that he could fix this.It did not look like they had not even tried to repair these scrates or repair some little scrates on the hood. I am very dissatified.
