I was pleasantly surprised to find that the interior of my Toyota had been so carefully cleaned. Even the dashboard had been cleaned and waxed. The outside of the car was pristine. It is those little careful touches that impresses me. The car looked brand-new. Thanks.

My experience was good and I was extremely satified.

I was very very impressed by Karen from the time I arrived, plus she kept me up to date daily via text and calls. She explained details to me and even saved something I forgot there for me.I do have to come back by as the hood and headlights are off 4/5 inches and right headline is loose. The enterprise pick up and drop off is a 6 out of a ten. Not to reassuring but rather going thru the motions, it was a nice surprise that my car was washed and clean for pick up I just wished I had really taken a better look at it prior to leaving so I would not have to make a 2nd trip. The two girls at the reception area that work for Suttle seem unfriendly and must nit like there jobs neither greeted antone but Karen remained smiling , nice , professional and friendly. If you need a customer service front desk associate I am currently looking for a job and I would speak to everyone and appreciate the business coming in the door.
