Overall, my experience was amazing with the Suttle Collision Center. I was there because someone hit me, and they kept reassuring me that I would not be responsible for anything that transpired, and they worked with the Insurance company directly to make this happen. I did not have a care in the world regarding that portion. I chose "email" as my preferred method of communication and to my surprise, I received an email every day with updates on the status, and when there was a slight delay in the completion date, I not only got the email, but a personal phone call as well. Wonderful customer service! Having a car rental place inside is genius, and couldn't have been more convenient. The actual work on the car was spot on and you could never tell there was any damage. I'm so glad that I chose Suttle from the list of possible repair facilities the Insurance company provided. A++ Service!

Charles **** is exceptionally professional and diligent. Everyone at Suttle is highly customer service oriented. Unfortunately Enterprise Rent-A-Car was very disappointing. Although they are friendly and courteous this is the second time this branch has been extremely slow and has forgotten me despite a very low number of customers in the waiting area

BUT Mr. Hogge is going to fix the putting in the paint, put us in a rental for that day, and is going to have our desperately needed headlights cleaned! I couldn't be happier. Suttle Kept me informed of repair status, and was impressed with the end result. My son was happy driving away.

I should not have to come in and show the repair shop where they have not fixed my vehicle properly. I would expect my vehicle to be repaired properly. It was unacceptable how my vehicle was initially repaired and the excuses given for this were ridiculous.
