Enjoyed the text message system and the repair work was great. The one item to improve would be a better timeline of completion. I was told 26 or 27 Dec then it pushed to 3 Jan then finally complete 31 Dec. Again overall I'm satisfied with the work and service.

Each time I called, the receptionist put me on hold for 10-15 min to deal with other customers. At one point I received a call to "schedule an appt to bring my car in"...when my car had already been sitting at the shop waiting for 4 days. When I asked the receptionist to verify that they do in fact have my car, she put me on hold for 15 minutes, the entire time I thought my car was lost or stolen because she never checked back in with me. She came back to tell me I had been put on hold while she took care of other customers...the entire time she "could see my car from the window" but failed to tell me. The second time I called to check on a completion date she put me on hold and came back 2 minutes later to ask how she could help me. In the 2 minutes since we talked, she forgot who I was and why I was calling. She did not remember that we had JUST been talking about my car and that she put ME on hold. Incompetent. Communication was terrible. The shop knew my car would be delayed 5 days but failed to tell me. I called at the expected finish date/time only to find out I had to wait longer with no car arrangements. No apologies until the very end, nothing to make up for the trouble. I will never return. The one positive thing I can say is when I picked up my car it was very clean and the work appears to be done appropriately. Regardless, customer service is a huge aspect of a successful company. I have already been spreading the word never to use your shop, and my husband is on the streets every day serving our city and sees a lot of people after they have had car accidents while he is on patrol. You can bet he will never recommend your shop to anyone on or off duty.

For the amount of work they had to do they did it quickly. Also they cleaned out my cab which was awesome! Definitely a five star place to take your car or truck for repairs.

My husband felt he was not treated especially well by the first woman who appraised the damage to the vehicle....she was abrupt and argumentative with him for no apparent reason and it made his experience unpleasant..everyone else was courteous and quite helpful.

Unfortunately, I received multiple messages that my vehicle was ready. Impatience with my inability to pick up my vehicle. Once I picked up my vehicle, there was a glob of paint along the repair area that was initially blamed on me the customer. It was deemed not my "previous" touch up work, but Arthur's work. They immediately took care of the problem which was satisfying. Then, upon returning to my house, I was unable to open the door from the inside. It appears Arthur's either was inexperienced in their work or sloppy. I have used Arthur's in the past with exceptional work, so this is very uncharacteristic of their work. Hoping to get my door latch fixed soon. The problem with this entire issue is that the repair work was a small 2-3" dent/scratch along two passenger doors.

Was impressed with how quickly the repairwork was done,much sooner than I expected. Kim was very professional and answered my questions. Appreciated the text updates on the progression of the repairs. Working with Farmers Insurance was "painless" and Gunther Slizewski assisted me tremendously with understanding the process and body shop references.
