Not only were they friendly and respectful but they were prompt and communicated well regarding the progress of the car. We were very pleased. Initially we only used them because they were on our insurance list but we will be using them for all our future repair needs. (Hopefullly none anytime soon ????????????)

I am SO grateful to Coachcraft -- especially Cory -- for your complete professional work on my car and for your diligence in being sure my car would be (and IS) as good or better than before my car was in the accident. Your attention to details is so appreciated. The white stripe on the car and the beautiful work on the headlights are two examples of your attention to the car that truly is the only car I can still claim is the last one I will ever buy! It drives like a new car! When I drove away from Coachcraft Autobody yesterday I felt like I did when I drove it off the Toyota sales lot in 2003. THANK YOU!

Thanks for working with me on the delivery date of my Ford Explorer. By moving the completion date up by one day allowed me to travel to Southern California to pick up our arriving guest from South Carolina. Their visit had been planned well before our accident. Your flexibility allow me to not have to fly my wife to LA rent a car and drive our guests to our part time residence **** ****/2 hour North of LAX.
