This has been an Awesome experience throughout. The customer service is absolutely unbelievable. Will is so genuine and truly shows that he cares about every customer. The workmanship of the Technicians has to be seen to fully understand how amazing they really are. If I had to use only one word for my truck repairs, I would have to use "Magicians"!!! The staff at Car-O-Van was simply amazing! They were friendly, thorough, and efficient. They kept me informed throughout the process and I felt confident with my car in their care. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment but they were prepared and helped me right away. I was even offered coffee. Nicole with Geico explained everything they would be fixing and why. She gave me a clear timeline and then exceeded my expectations. I wish I remembered her name because the woman who checked me in when I arrived to pick up my car was wonderful. She gave my daughters paper and colored with them while we waited for my car to be pulled around. Will explained everything that was repaired and helped me transfer my belongings from my rental car. I learned they had worked on a few scratches that weren't even part of the accident. The whole team went above and beyond and I'm truly grateful. Hopefully I'll never have to come back but if I do, I'll know that once again I'll be in great hands. Thank you!!
