I loved receiving the text updates about my car, it was very personal. The staff was very friendly and upbeat. There are even beverages while you wait. Service was quick and I came down with strep throat upon my rental return date and they were very understanding. My car was washed and happy when I picked it up. Would definitely reccomend car o van collision.

My car was hit in a hit and run accident in my office parking lot. As frustrating as this is I was thankful for a place that would help me get it taken care of. When I dropped off my car at CaroVan I thought it was great it was a one stop shop for insurance, mechanics, and rental cars. I figured this would make the process seamless as everyone involved would be in the loop of the status of the car as it got fixed. This proved not to be the case as I received calls from enterprise, the mechanic, and texts from CaroVan all with different status updates. The only person involved who kept me up to date and seemed to have my back was my Geico agent, Michael.
The repair took 3 days longer than I was initially quoted and Enterprise called me saying the rental car was not covered for that long, then in the same conversation said ok it is but now I owed them a balance. When I left the day I dropped off my car I was told that the rental car was totally covered by my insurance and I had nothing to worry about. I made sure this was the case before I left. Enterprise charged my card on file when they should not have for "tax" owed on the car. I found out that they incorrectly charged me for an upgraded rental that went above what my insurance covered when I was supposed to get a Chrysler sedan and never asked or wanted an upgraded vehicle. I still have not received a refund for this charge. In addition, when I went to pick up my car after being told by my insurance agent that it was ready for pick up, I got there and CaroVan had no idea it was ready. It seems that there was a lack of communication among everyone. Since my car was not "ready" I did not get the promised wash and vacuum I was told I would also get. I didn't mention this when I picked it up as I was so ready for this process to be over and just wanted my car back. I am grateful that my Geico agent said he would follow up on the Enterprise charge, which I hope he does, and that my is properly fixed, but the process was much more frustrating that I anticipated.
