Ryan did a great job from the very start of the repair. In and out in just a couple day and I'm very pleased with the results.

During the process of the body works replacing my windshield a piece to my rear view mirror was broken. The piece was left in my cup holder with no explanation. I returned to question the broken piece and was refered to the tech who worked on my windshield. He stated "its a piece to the mirror. Its just a piece to the mirror." he then denied breaking it.the receptionist was courteous and stated the body works would take care of it. I realize it is just a piece to the mirror but I brought it in with it in tact and would have hoped it came back the same way. The tech was very rude and lied to us. Barb called and apologized and stated she would order the part and replace the broken peice. She stated it would be 5 days or so for part. Should be any day now i am guessing it will be in to be replaced. The car.came back detailed vacuumed and windows washed which was nice.

When I scheduled my appointment I discussed at length with the representative the need to order specific parts for my vehicle but learned they were not ordered until after the vehicle was dropped off. This caused a delay in getting my car back. The work was done well, but I was very frustrated by the delay considering it was already reviewed weeks before my appointment.

Did what they said they were going to do and cleaned my car inside and out!!! Very nice guys to work with. Andy was very good to work with. Thank you!

From the time of estimate, all the way through final pick up of our repaired vehicle, customer service was prompt, professional and very courteous. Once the repairs were begun, daily calls and text messages updating progress where a very appreciated touch. This is the second Lexus we've had repaired at the Body Works, and both times the end results were excellent.

Thank you for the fast service I received. Excellent...one thing I'd like to mention is, the rental cars do not have front license plates which is illegal in Minnesota and most of your rental cars are from Florida, so I'd change that. Getting a ticket for that wouldn't be cool.
