I was happy with all the boys they were very polite. I will recommend anyone to the bodyworks.

I would definitely bring my car back to you for repair. All personnel were very friendly and helpful. My only concern is the breakdown in communication between the front desk, the person I was working with and the actual body shop. I was told my car was ready, but when we went out to look at it, it wasn't. I was given a ride home and then picked up again later when it was supposedly done. I didn't take the time to look at it before leaving, but did then next morning. One side hadn't been buffed out. I stopped back the next day and the person I was working with must have been very busy in the back and the front desk told me they would have him call me. After not hearing from him by ten the next morning, I called and he said he hadn't received the message. He apologized and told me I can bring it back any time and he would personally handle it himself, Once again, I like the body shop and I'm old enough to realize sometimes there are breakdowns In communication no matter where you work. It's something everyone and every business tries to improve on. I hope this has been helpful because I want you to continue to be a great place to have my car fixed. Thank you.

The blending on bottom of door is very effident. There is overspray on the door. The roof molding Is loose now and the are bubbles in the pinstripe. Thank you
