The Body Works - Brainerd/Baxter

John, our Estimator, was phenomenal through our entire experience at Body Works! He was our first contact, greeting us with a wonderful smile and sharing the process with us. John could not have been more friendly and professional! He took care of every detail for us and called to say our car was ready in less days than possibly anticipated. Howard, from Hertz, onsite! was great and we had a wonderful loaner SUV to use. When we arrived to return it, John was available to bring our car to us, opened doors for us, showed us the amazing work the technician did on replacing the whole front end and headlight. Our Enclave was even cleaned inside and out!!! What fabulous service!!! Becky and Courtney at the Front desk were also terrific in graciously greeting us and taking care of our needs! This accident was not our fault...we weren't even in our car when a valet had the mishap, but we know right where we'll bring our vehicle if we have future repair needs! At one point they said they wouldn't have time for the exterior detail I asked for, which I was a little disappointed with. Then they got it squeezed in and didn't charge extra. That probably made the difference in me being likely to recommend body works to others, because service matters almost more so than the product. Keep making your customers happy.

a paint chip on the hood of vehicle was not fixed. the chip was caused by flying car parts at time of impact with deer.
