Ryan Hays did an awesome job! He got me a bid immediately, notified me of some other internal damage that was done promptly. This was a refreshing relationship to have with someone. The job was done ahead of schedule!!! The best was the little things, Ryan came and picked me up from work , so I didn't have to shuttle vehicles around...on the way back he noticed that my Sirius radio mount was broken...he took the extra time to fix it himself, right in front of me. Right from the beginning to the end it was a very great and informative experience. Talking to Andy on the phone he told me the step-by-step process for line-x. Arriving at the Body Works the next day I spoke with Courtney the receptionist, she explained a few things and offered coffee and donuts for me which was very nice. When Ben arrived he was gracious enough to take me on a tour of how it is all done. Then explained it thoroughly and then arriving at the spray booth I spoke to a gentleman whose name I did not get but he explained the process that he does which was very interesting. Anyone bringing their vehicle to the Body Works would be proud to have their team do the job right. Attention to the most senior member of the Body Works, Yesterday, I picked up my new Topper for my 2015 F150 that I purchased in May. First of all, I could not be more happy with my new Topper. It looks fantastic! But the real reason I am taking time to write this review is because of the incredible service I received while I was at the BodyWorks. Ben and Andy are wonderful people. They were both are kind and helpful! They both took time to answer multiple phone calls from me while I decided what I exactly wanted in a topper and other accessories. At one time, Andy stated to me, whatever he can do to save costs he does it, in that case it was him stripping glue off my truck bed for my new floor mat. I also observed Ben personally prepping the truck topper. He even took more time to answer my questions. Chris did a great Job on the Topper too! I observed them getting right in with the Techs to help get the work done quickly and professionally. This was above and beyond my expectation. Next, I was blown away when I learned that my truck was being vacuumed, windows cleaned inside and out, dash cleaned, and outside washed and dried beautifully! Thank you to Justin, Geoff, and Kip for the detail, It was not expected! Both of the gals up front were courteous and kind offering assistance and the gal who walked me back to see my topper was excellent! Before, I left I walked into Sid's office and I told him how impressed I was with everything! In closing, Thank you all so much! Mills Ford once again over delivered! Please take this review with the utmost respect. I urge you to reward your employees immediately with some recognition! Go buy them lunch or something nice because they are the reason I will be back!
