Constant changing of the dates for when the car would be ready. Originally it was going to be 6 or 7 days, then 10, then eventually 16. I still received notices/texts about my car well after I had already picked it up.. was told so you wouldn’t miss your internal metrics. Very sketchy.
Also don’t think it very professional to have partisan paraphernalia all over the desk of the customer service agent. While he was very helpful when I needed answers for something, the stickers and partisan gear on the desk is not professional in a customer facing business.

Vehicle was scheduled for repairs 3 months after assessment and during my daughter’s winter break. Shocked was delivered to Crowley Autobody on Dec 5th ant Crowley’s request. All parts were confirmed “in hand” in advance. Repair was estimated at 4-5 days. Vehicle was not ready for 32 days !!! And that was after several failed commitments in last 5 days. Aside from the incorrigible inconvenience, I am not exposed for ~$500 of incremental rental vehicle fees that insurance does not cover. Finally, when I eventually got the vehicle back, I had to drive it to my daughter’s college two hours away and exchange for the rental. And when I did, I found that the fog lights were never connected due to a “broken clip” that was overlooked. Obviously demonstrating both the oversight as well as a failure to inspect before releasing. So, now the vehicle has to go back to the shop when my daughter is next home. All of this has been documented with the insurance company.

Do not contact me. I have made this abundantly clear. Your service on all fronts is ridiculous. I won’t even begin to explain at this point because any of my issues in the past with Crowley haven’t been addressed and have seem to have gotten worse over the years. Sales & service…well, not sure how you’re still in business treating people the way you do.
