Awesome work great communication other than the parts not being available from manufacturer, had to rent another Jeep out of pocket for our road trip that was already planned but at no fault to Emerald Coast Collision

Mike took great care of me and the guys in the repair shop did a super job fixing my car twice recently. If we ever need to repair a car, we'll always go to ECCC! I think we've had 3 or 4 repairs done at ECCC and have been very pleased each time. Thank you soooo much!

The employees at Emerald Coast always maintained a professional attitude. I highly recommend Ashley, I enjoyed working with her for my vehicle repairs. It was a nice bonus that they washed the car & the plastic mat the protects the fabric area in the trunk I wasn’t expecting to receive a totally cleaned vehicle back!

Repair work seems to have been done expertly - no issues with it so far. The team was easy to work with and kept me up to date with status. It did take a little longer to get the claim processed but that was due to Geico and to the shop. Thanks to Emerald Coast Collision Repair for a job well done!

Mike and the rest of the team were extremely easy to work with, did a great job on the repairs and communicated very well throughout the process. I was especially impressed that the car was fully repaired within 2 weeks considering that a Hurricane significantly impacted the local area within those 2 weeks. I will 100% be recommending you guys should anyone I know have an accident or receive car damage and if I’m unfortunate enough to get in another accident at some point, I will definitely be using your company again in the future as well.
