The team at ECC, specifically Emma and Erik are wonderful. They kept us in-the-loop on every repair action regarding our truck, dealt with our insurance company from start to finish and made sure we were satisfied with the repairs. Very nice. Very professional. Ashley was very helpful. She answered all of my questions. She replied to all of my emails very quickly. She always answered the phone when I called with any questions. She kept me updated on my car. When I went to pick up my car she was very friendly. She walked me through everything that was done with my car. She walked out with me to point out what was done to my car. My car came back to me in perfect shape. It looks the same as the day I bought it years ago. Everyone there is very friendly and nice. USAA preferred me to this shop and I can see why they are USAA preferred. I have been to one other USAA preferred collision repair shop and it has nothing on this one. Great job.
