My car looks amazing. I am still needing one piece found from a previous accident. I will be satisfied, once found and completed. I was sent a text message and than changed. I was told to wait for confirmatuok with a call. I received a call asking when I was going to pick up the car. I explained I can come know but did not receive confirmation. Text messages are fine to keep updated. I am old school and want the excited call that the car has been done.

They seemed confused and took 10 days to fix the car. Then called me 2.5 hours before closing on a Friday wanting me to drop everything and pick up my car. The looks great, the repairs are good. Customer service and length of service was bad. The woman who rumg me out on Friday was great.

I was very worried that my car that is not even a year old would not be restored to its original condition. My husband and I were very happy and surprised that the repairs were flawless.

I found out my car was fixed within 2 hours of dropping it off (by 10:30am), but I wasn't called and told it was ready until the next day. I would have liked to have picked it up the same day, but overall the experience and workmanship was very good.
