I requested that my car be in a covered area so I could remove the car seat from the rental car and place it in my car. That request was granted. I was told by my insurance company that I would receive a call after the initial estimate prior to beginning repairs on my vehicle. Instead I was told by carcraft that a consent waiver needed to be signed and in order to work to begin and that it is not customary to call the customer after the initial estimate.
I inquiried how my car was completed sooner then expected ... the response was less then desired.

I don’t believe anyone wants to be in a situation where their car needs to be repaired; but I would rather CarCraft complete the repairs than most any other autobody repair facility.

Customer service was great as well as overall body work. My son said I was being too picky about a couple of things. I was however expecting the inside to be thoroughly cleaned especially from glass. Thanks so much for the wonderful service overall.
