From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by name by Melissa , to the quick rental car service I experienced with Cameron, to the text messages giving updates about progress on my car, my experience with Car Craft was top notch. I am thrilled with the quality of repairs ! I will be recommending Car Craft Bridgeton to anyone who asks about auto body repair. Accidents are never fun, but they made the experience a lot easier.

Horrible experience. No communication at all. Did the wrong paint and didn't tell me had to take it back, made me wait for over an hour to redo the paint only to tell me they didn't have it and to wait to be called on a couple hours to get it..it was over 4 hours and I heard nothing so I called and was put on hold for a while to find out it would maybe be tomorrow. They were very unhelpful. Do not recommend.

A few things - first Melissa is wonderful! She is the perfect person for the front desk. She answered all of my questions the several times I called and was very patient and helpful. The car looks great! My only issue is with your text notification system. At 9:48 am today I received a text that my car was ready. I went to pick it up at noon and it wasn't ready until ****:30 pm. Perhaps each location should send their own notification when a vehicle is ACTUALLY ready. Overall I am very satisfied. Thank you.

I was very upset with the repair performed. My car dashboard got 2 indicators ON after the accident. This I mentioned to the GEICO specialist which did not even care to take care. He argued that these r not of accident and in turn he asked me to get it checked outside. I had already mentioned this during the call just after the incident while reporting. I am very sad the way I was been handled. It's very very upsetting the way my problems were handled. I do not prefer either the GEICO specialist nor this location.

I am very dissatisfied with the quality or workmanship done to my vehicle I did not expect shoddy workmanship from you guys I expected a professional job to be done and the service guy seems like he doesn't see plain as day in front of his face as I explained to him there was no prior damage to the vehicle but he says it looks like I am not a body guy so when they checked my vehicle out I figured they would look at it with a professional eye well I was wrong I just want my Cecile to look like it's supposed to please contact me
