We got our car back after almost a month, we dropped of our car June 26th , but front desk said that we do not have an appointment yet then from there it went from July 8, then the 11th then after that I went back to the shop but when I got there front desk said if you don't see your car upfront then it's not here??? Is that professional? I don't think so? So I went back to get a rental a again that they said that our rental is waiting, but when I got to Enterprise they said that Mikes agouti did not even called them, luckily the gu from Enterprise was so helpful to call Mikes Auto to ask about who our adjuster and our claim number, then after that we were promised that on Monday after that weekend we would get it then Monday came and our pilot was not ready yet! Another excuse and another week and after that they said Tuesday the next day and when I went to pick up our pilot, there were stains on the bumper and had to wait again, the after taking the pilot home the Car radio was not working and the food was scratching the fender so we called again to return the pilot, then days again Juan promised that Monday we will get our pilot back, then Monday came again it it was not ready again then Juan said Wednesday July 19 at **** pm it would be ready, I told him that I would pick it up after work, so Wednesday came and he said the technician was out and another two days! That Wednesday I told my wife to call out Insurance agent and somebody from mikes Auto because this is not a got experience already and I'm not happy with what's happening here! I think this was the wort experience we had dealing with an auto repair shop!!!! And we would be asking Farmers insurance not to recommend Mikes Auto and would not fit back there!!!!
