The cleaning part needs to better. The windshield inside is not clean and hard to see through big white smugged on the passenger side and on the drives side has a bunch of smears and looks like spray . Sunroof was not clean proper and instrument panel has some type of splatter

The original estimate was done by an inexperienced person and that lead to the vehicle being **** longer than necessary. I was not contacted that this had occurred and I had to find out by calling to find the repair status of the vehicle.

They did great work however I wasn't given a new tire pressure sensor for my new tire, leaving my Service Tire Monitor System to stay on constantly, I will be contacting Moody's shortly, however the work and customer service was excellent and will continue to do business with them,

I appreciated the updates as the repairs were accomplished. Moody's worked directly with my insurance company which made the process easier for me. In this time of a pandemic, I've experienced many companies using COVID as an excuse in various ways and lowering their standards. This was NOT the case with Moody's. Great customer service.
