Dear Moody's Customer Satisfaction Representative, I was extremely appointed with the my experience at Moody's with the exception of your very competent and pleasant receptionist. My job was a simple tailgate bumper replacement job with a few cosmetic fixes. Not a Major Demolition. An exhaust replacement is routine. A bunch of Bolts and Hangers. I made sure to point out to Chris in the beginning to have all correct parts necessary to complete the job in a timely manner as I needed my Truck back as soon as possible. Well, I said it again when I left my truck. When I called in a few days to check on my truck. I was told it was done and they were waiting to schedule to get the bed spray done on the tail gate as that is out sourced. They also told me it would have to come back later because the exhaust system came in bent and had to be returned and reordered. I said get it done I need my Truck. I called back 3 or so days later and was told it was going over to have the tail gate sprayed on Wednesday. Well I checked after that thinking it would be back and it still was there and it had not gone at all and was going the next week. Just very poor when a guy needs his truck for work. When Chris called and said my truck was ready I got a ride to go pick it up. I went to the Receptionist she asked me to sign some paperwork and wanted to collect my $50 deductable. I said I don't want to pay that until the work is complete. She went to get Chris and he informed me I could not take the truck unless I paid the deductable. I paid the deductable. I paid for work not done. That is inappropriate Business practice. That really bother me as I drove away. I immediately drove to my Personal Regular garage to show the Truck to my Regular Mechanics. One of which is a very good Body / Paint Man. He said to me you realize the paint does not Match. Yep it does not. Also the the Tail Gate Latch does not work Properly and they did not buff off the white paint mars from the right tail light lense. When I left, my personal garage I called my Insurance Carrier and Informed them and asked them not to pay the Claim. I later learned that in Fact Moody's had requested to be Paid before they released the vehicle. I have not heard a word from Moody's about my exhaust, not even an update, nor have they asked me if I am happy if I am pleased with how it came out or if everything works ok. Thank you so much. We purchased a new headlight for the car, since the other headlight was going to be replaced, and asked if it could be installed while the cone of the car was going to be off. We were told yes, but it wasn't installed.

I am totally satisfied with the quality of the repair work. One can see no signs of any repair and the car was exceptionally clean. I just feel that the scheduling should be better so that my vehicle did not need to be on site for a week before any work began. There is no need to contact me regarding this and I understand illnesses and other unforseen delays.
