As stated in my previous survey, I was unhappy with the associate responsible with keeping me informed about the status of my car. He was difficult to reach, anytime we did chat he’d say he would give me an update “early next week” and by Thursday the next week I would have to call again since I still hadn’t heard from him. The fact it took 3 weeks to even get an estimate was frustrating as now I am waiting to be reimbursed from the person who hit me insurance company. I understand the auto industry is still backed up from covid, but I called and scheduled an appointment to get it dropped off, so you all knew coming in what type of car I had which is why it is extra frustrating that it took so much time to get the associate needed to disassemble. My insurance company might be preferred with you guys, but clearly that valued relationship doesn’t transfer to the person who owns the car.

On the edge of the door (right side) there are two spots where the paint is missing (bare metal) I don't remember it being like that before I took it in for repairs. If you were painting the door,those two spots should have been painted. I don't know if it came off when the door was removed for repairs, but Richard told me it wasn't part of the accident. I don't know how they go about painting the damaged area, except my car has special paint that requires three applications and I understood the door would be taken off to repair it. You leave two small spots with no paint??
I dropped the rental car off at your location per Enterprise's instructions on Friday afternoon and the representative calls me a few days later to say that I owed them through Monday. I explained that I asked and was told by their staff to leave the car/keys at Jay Wolfe and they would get it. She said your staff didn't notify them they had the car. I don't know what the process is between your company and Enterprise, but they knew I only needed the car through Friday and they should have followed up on their end.

Although the bodywork that was done was just fine, I have a couple of issues with your business.
****. The receptionist was very cold and impersonal. When I arrived to drop off my car, she didn't say anything to me, at all, like "hello" or "how can I help you". She just looked at me and waited for me to talk. When I arrived to pick up my car, she didn't even acknowledge my presence. She just waited for the service man to bring me my keys. She is not someone you want in a customer-facing position at your business.
2. When I picked up my car, I noticed that someone had been poking around in the car. The console lid was opened, the door to the compartment where I keep my CDs was open. The CDs had been moved around and were not replaced in the order I keep them in. The umbrella that I keep on the floor behind the passenger seat, had been moved and placed on top of the back seat. It was very obvious that someone had been looking around the interior of my car for SOMETHING! I need someone to call me and tell me why it was necessary / acceptable for your employees to dig around in the interior of my car looking for God knows what, when my car was brought in for exterior body work. I am left with the impression that someone was looking around the interior of my car for something valuable to steal. Fortunately, I don't keep any valuables in my car, so nothing was taken, as far as I can tell.
This is unacceptable. I have told many people about this incident, including posting about it on my neighborhood Facebook page.
I need, and frankly expect, an explanation and apology.
