The customer service was incredible, the job was so well done (my car looks better than the day I drove it off the lot!). My only issue would be that the repair work took longer than I would have expected, but the timeframe was given to me upfront and I was kept updated throughout the process so it was not problematic. Thank you!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! Neal took extra special care of me and my car and went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and smoothly! I got my car back very quickly! When people I know saw it afterwards, they commented on how well the repairs were made and wanted me to refer them to your shop!

Neal is the best! From the day I brought my car in up until the time I picked it up, he provided me with quality service that left me beyond satisfied. He communicated all updates about my car in a timely fashion through either phone calls or email. My car looks beautiful and runs like I just picked it up from the dealership all over again. The staff were great from start to finish, explaining everything as the process moved along, also helping get a rental set up. The quality of the repair was outstanding (and they even washed the car and cleaned the interior). Although I would rather limit my trips to a body shop, I will think of Jay Wolfe first in the future.
