It took too long of time for the repairs. I understand that body work takes a while. I had to get a rental car and it was very expensive even with the discount. The body work looks wonderful I'm just unsatisfied with the time frame.

They were much faster than promised, their service people and customer service are just phenomenal. I am someone who works with people all day and a little kindness and friendliness go a long way to help. Let me tell you, these people go above and beyond. I am blown away at how fantastic this place is. If I ever have any other issues, with any of our 3-soon to be 4-family cars, I can guarantee I’ll be going back to Rockford Carstar.
