I like CarStar a lot and they are good to work with -- my only complaint has to do with attention to detail. For instance, my new bumper has a small scratch on it in the rubberized area -- I pointed it out but they couldn't remove it. I let it go but I shouldn't have to accept this when paying for something new.

This was such a stress free experience. I have never made a claim before and Carstar and my Insurance handled it together with little needed from me. I loved getting the text updates regularly and when I picked it up it looked perfect! Aside from my claim, I also had them install new headlights and repair some tears in my leather. I am not sure if there is anything they can’t do!

Got there to pick up my car at 6 pm after I got off work and the battery was dead and wouldn’t start. Someone had left the dome light on. This is after one of the technicians dented my door backing out of the garage last week when my car was ready for pickup. It’s been a very long 2 weeks.
