The technician did an excellent job and I am very happy with the result.

The estimation process was easy, and fast. The attention to assuring me of quality work was great. The time to schedule the work was very efficient, the repairs were done ahead of committed time, and the finished service | product was great... A 10+ in a scale of ****-5... yes, ****-5... it was a 10+ experience!!

Would like to have had the man who repaired my car tell me exactly what was done. He just dropped off the paperwork.

I was advised that my car was ready. I notified my Ford Sync appp noted the front collision sensor showed it wasn’t a great working. The agent that helped me t told me to drive it 30 miles and if it doesn’t reset to bring it back. It didn’t work and now I’m told I have to bring it back and let it go out to the dealer when I’ve already returned my rentall? I asked Progressive and told I’d have to do this on my own dime and time. Unfortunately I won’t be able to recommend your shop or Progressive. You should’ve never delivered my car as done if you weren’t sure it was right. For my trouble you should’ve offered a rental to make it right.

They stood by their estimate and completed my job on on time. O
