The customer service from everyone I had come across at Tatman’s was excellent. Everyone was really friendly. For repair situations like mine that can be a really sad moment to come to a repair shop, the employees at Tatman’s made it the most positive experience. Not that I would want to return under the same circumstances, but I would be happy to return to Tatman’s for all of my repairs. In the meantime, I’ll definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you so much!

Every one of your workers that I interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and one was extremely sensitive to some water damage at my home and how it was affecting me. Interestingly, when I returned to pick up my car more than a week later, he remembered and asked about it. Thank you Tatmans; great job!

The communication, starting with the wuote, was personalized and friendly! I appreciated being walked through the quote and having a thorough explain action of next steps. The rental car deal with Hertz is very convenient!! This made things even smoother and I liked that it was already set up for me! The communication while the car was being worked on was also stellar! I liked that I was able to communicate through text message as I wasn’t always able to answer my phone or call back before you closed. Then, picking up the car and seeing that there was a little thank you mug made me feel really appreciated! I thought that was an awesome final touch! I felt like my business mattered and it was shown in the care and attention I received. While I hope I don’t have any more car body damage, I would definitely be a repeat customer if my circumstances required me to do so!

Your work was excellent. Your customer service was wonderful. Your quick work with Progressive is great. However, your employees should not use customer vehicles to pick up their Sonic and leave evidence behind. I would suggest customer vehicles not be driven for personal use.
