I really liked that I was kept so up to date on the repair process. Also, when I did call wit a questions I either received answers immediately or was called back within the amount of time that I was told I would be. Everyone involved in this whole process helped to make this accident a better experience. Thank you, everyone!

I appreciate the effort made by staff after I addressed issues I experienced. The repair looks like it was done properly & the car was cleaned up well. The one thing that seemed a little strange to me is when issues arose on Monday with car not being ready my insurance adjusted said I should expect a gift card for inconvenience which I didn't expect to get after the back in forth between Tylee & myself. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth but the recovery made after GM called Tyler was appreciated. Hopefully this can be a learning experinece for all involved.

While it appears your repairs were adequate, I am unhappy with how long it took. I had a rental car for 29 days, which I had to pay for out of pocket. Your paperwork stated the repair took 10 days. I do not tolerate dishonest documentation with service providers. I will not recommend your services to anyone and would prefer not to be contacted by you any more.
