First of all getting in contact with Richard who was working on my truck was absolutely hell. I had to call him for updates and he made decisions without even contacting me first. My bumper was put on with a **** inch gap on one side and a ****/2inch gab on the other. My canopy was on crooked, my truck wasn’t even buffed nor was it washed. There was specs of dirt still left in the clear coat from not buffing it. I was threatened I’d be charged a holding fee because I couldn’t get to the shop when it was done, A DAY LATER THAN EXPECTED. I wasted 2 days coming to get my truck because I was told it was done and it wasn’t, that’s a waste of my time. A call would have been nice letting me know it wasn’t done. With all that being said the paint job isn’t bad . Overall satisfaction -5/10, very unimpressed with your guys customer service.

At 1st I was not sure, I had to call and the 1st person I talked to was interesting. However than about a month later I got a call from someone else who was totally Professional and answered my questions and knew what was going on. From that time forth I was well informed until I picked up my vehicle. So yes I was satisfied with everything.

I just needed the hood on my Ford pickup repainted. The Star representative told me that they might not be able to get a complete color match, but I didn't want to spend the money to have the entire front end painted. It turned out to be a near perfect match. You'd never notice if you didn't know. Thanks for an excellent job.
