None of the repairs were 100% right. The rocker moulding, on the driver side is not centered correctly. The passenger side front panel was not
ompleted. When I picked up my car, my check engine light was on which it was not on when I released my vehicle to Service King. The check engine light code is a missfire at cylinder number 4, my vehicle only has 50k miles and isn't due for a tune up no time soon. The Kia dealership service department said, "a car will not start missfiring while sitting during cosmetic fixes". My blindspot sensor light was on which it also was not on when I released my vehicle to Service King. They told me to bring it back on Monday. I understand things happen and they can all be corrected; but, my problem with the situation is they was never was suppose to let me, the customer, leave with my vehicle and return with my vehicle on Monday. Everyday my car is in the shop, its costing me money. I spent so much time calling to reschedule a rental car, talking with Kia and going out of my way because of Service King's mistakes. I have a degree in BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION and Im a business owner and a business investor, so I know customer satisfaction is what ruins a business or make a business thrive. I'm completely unhappy but I will still recommend Serving King for body repairing. The office girls are awesome, one of a kind group but the quality control, the shop foreman, the prep guys and the painters need to get it together or the unhappy customers will give Service King bad rating which will lead to the downfall of the business.
