Excellent Service-"Victoria" at front desk did a Great job explaining entire procedure and the paperwork involved.

They kept me updated as the repair went along

While the repairs were done satisfactory to the door panel, after we got home we noticed there were scratches on the door handle that are not in the pictures of when we brought it in. They also lost the antenna. When I called and asked about the antenna they said it was not there when the car was brought in but we have pictures that it was on the car. Car was there over two weeks.

Though I have a dent in the door frame that I have never seen begore

Victoria, my agent for my car was very polite and courteous and kept me informed on the inner workings of my car. I particularly like the text messages updating me on the progress.

I'm satisfied. It took a month to get it back which to me is a long time for the damage. I attempted to pick it up the Friday before but found a couple of areas that needed to be adjusted. When I was there to pick it up, I thought they'd put things away in my console but they'd taken most everything out of the console and thrown in the back seat...a few things were in the glove box and shoved under the front seats and had to look for them. When I did pick it up yesterday, it looked great. It felt great and tracked straight & handled like I remembered. But, what I thought was glare turned out to be a film on my windshield that wasn't cleaned off. I'm not sure if it's wax. And my gauge that shows my average mpg was down to about 12.9 per gallon. So I know that whomever was driving it was pretty heavy on the gas ????
