It just took extremely long to repair. I brought it in October 24th and it was set to be done November 15th. I picked it up yesterday, December 6th. I got the update texts for a while telling me my vehicle was on track to be done by November 15th, all the way through November 12th. After that, my service person did call a couple times and said she would update when my car went into the next phase, but I wish she would have called more often for updates. I found myself having to call and get updates too much. I would’ve gotten a rental car if I had known this would’ve taken over a month to complete. It was very inconvenient and I had to make extensive plans so that I was able to make it home for Thanksgiving break. I was unable to keep up my volunteer schedule, and it was just very stressful. That being said, the workers were very nice and my car does look good.

My truck was supposed to be done within 10 days to 2 weeks. It took 3 weeks and 5 days. Normally I understand when things take a little longer, but every delay was due to their “non planning” and thinking ahead to what they were going to need done.

Originally the back up sensor was not ordered then the wrong one was ordered The end result being I was not able to pickup up my vehicle for an additional 12 days. As far as the actual work there doesn’t seem to be ant issues
