The hood of my car is not perfect. After the repair the hood is still slightly higher than the front quarter panel on the damaged side than it should be. The clear coat is not just like factory, there is some difference in the shine of clear coat compared to factory. There is some seperation between the trim of the wheel well where it is attached.

I could not have been more pleased with the experience that I had with Professional Collision! I was apprehensive about dropping my car off after my last experience with a body shop, but if I should ever have another need for body work I'll definitely be bringing my car back to Professional. I was not only impressed by the work done on my car but also by the staff. I could not be anymore pleased! Thank you!!

Your newest Google review from me. Horrible customer service. I had moderate damage done to my 4runner and used this shop because they were a preferred vendor with the insurance company. Customer service is awful but they were fast. I never even knew who my point of contact was from the shop. They called twice and never left a voicemail. I only knew they called because I googled the number. I was called at 9 A.M. by Geico while I was sleeping before work....FOUR days before the repairs were supposed to be completed and she told me my rental expired that day instead since the work was complete. I had been moving, and had to unload 500lbs of weights, and many more items from my rental car in a ridiculous amount of time just to be able to make this happen. They did not communicate at all. Lastly, I told the Geico agent at the point of dropoff I needed my front headlight replaced and I would pay for it. It was the reason I hit the deer in the first place. They never even replaced the bulb and left it to the customer. Thanks again. I will not recommend to anyone.

My car looked great.......and was repaired in less time than I expected. The associate that helped me was named Dale McManus. He was very professional, helpful, and so kind and personable. He made the experience less stressful!

WHEN I ASK "DO NOT MOVE THE DRIVERS' SEAT" and SOMEONE MOVES THE SEAT, HOW CAN I BE TOTALLY SATISFIED ? ( And YOUR STAFF put a sign on the seat saying DO NOT MOVE THE SEAT !!!
