The work was great as always, but customer service lacked this time. I called and left messages to speak with Devin, who never called back, and usually the car is spotless when I get it back, inside and out. Not this time.

Repair took longer than expected and I was not contacted to advise. I had to call daily to check on the status. A simple call/text update indicating that the repairs were taking longer would have been appreciated. As a result, I felt that you had something to hide.

Very helpful from drop off to pick up, slight disconnect in communication in shop, had to have bug shield/rock guard reinstalled, it was in bed of truck. Was installed upon arrival. Still, extremely satisfied overall, not my first visit. Very pleased with the work and cosmetics, looks as new as it was back in March. Job well done to all who had a hand in it from start to finish.

While the final results seem to be satisfactory, the lack of any kind of progress information information from the first snag to the final delivery (a period of two weeks) was very frustrating and did nothing to give me any confidence in your ability to do a quality job.
