When I picked my car yesterday it was raining and the shop was about to close. I noticed late last night that my car looked a little weird. I thought maybe it was just the way the light was hitting it, but no it definitely looks as if something was spilled so over my car. It looks like something stained the paint job. I want it to be corrected as it was not like that when I dropped it off.

From beginning to end, the amazing people at Professional Collision have been super helpful and extremely nice and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend.. My car looks so nice and they even took time to detail the inside- which they did not have to do.

Quality of work was impeccable. Wish I would have gotten a few more updates as to when my car would be finished since it was supposed to be done on Friday and wasn't done until the following Wednesday. That was fine but I would have liked a call that it would not be done on Friday. Overall I am very satisfied with the finished result and also the customer service I did receive. Thumbs up.

Job was not completely done when I went to pick up my car. Decals were not put on due to having to wait for them to come in. One side of my car is half done compared to the other side.

The whole experience was simple. After having a car wreck and having to speak to so many people, it was refreshing that Professional Collision only required car to be dropped off. I was kept up to date the entire time via text message and they called when it was done.

My truck was repaired 2 and a half weeks later. I understand that they had to wait on a part to come in from nissan, but there is no reason that they should not have caught the paint defect sooner than they did. While waiting for the part to arrive, they could have made sure everything else was perfect. We had to switch vehicles daily because we didn’t know when the truck would be ready and they said they would call when it’s done. We live an hour away and both work, so depending on who worked late, the other person had to take the rental car in case we got a call. At least the paint has a 4 year warranty. I’m worried that we will need it. Other than that, we will not be coming back again. I’d rather take my chances without a second car as a rental for a week.

I'll be calling on Monday. I was shown the outside of my car and all looked great. But apparently while taking apart my passenger door, it wasn't put back together correctly and now my lock doesn't work and also a trim piece is missing on the lock.
