My car drives worse than before it was wrecked. The number is coming off where they did not replace it. And my drivers side blinker does not flash when I push the unlock and lock button. My car was hit right about the driver side wheel which affected my rotate and balance. They did not fix that either. The plus is the girls that work in the office are very kind and professional. They are also very knowledgeable and efficient.

Having a car accident is not a fun thing (especially getting hit from behind by a texting teenager)!!! But, PC and Geico were a pleasure to work with. EVERYONE was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely prompt! I do not think the customer service could have been any better! I even had my car back **** ****/2 day sooner that expected! Thank you for the great experience!
