My car was promised on several dates and it was not fulfilled. I was told that there was a backup in the paint dept. But don't tell me it will be fixed one day, just for it to be three business days later. Other than that....I was satisfied.

Detail of vehicle was unacceptable. There was overspray in numerous places, grease spots on the back floorboard, adhesive left on door panels, tape marks left on tailgate, and car was not returned clean.

I really appreciate the fact your organization under promises but over delivers. It really helps keep expectations in check. One other thing I feel that your company does better than most is keeping the customer informed. We are like most people in that we do not want to need a collision center but glad in this case that USAA directed us to a great team at Professional Collision.
