My initial reaction is that everything looks good. I haven't driven enough to give you an official satisfaction rate, but so far so good. I do wish the work could have been finished earlier but I know there were set backs that were no fault of your own.

I haven't had time to call yet but when I lock my car from my remote now the alarm doesn't set. Not sure if the alarm is even working.

The damages from the accident looks good but when I went inside my car, my tinted window from my driver side was chipped, the console inside where my radio is was also a little chipped away (the paint) and the brand new battery I purchase two days from the accident was replaced with a refurbished one. No idea why all this happen when accident was to the rear of my vehicle nothing to do with battery. I'm hoping this gets fixed since I have proof of battery purchase. And while the outside of the car looked clean and polished the interior was dusty and dirty!

It was fine. I am very glad to have my car back in one piece! It is always disconcerting to have any repairs done since never completely sure of the outcome. I did have a back panel that had been scratched prior to the accident and was hoping that it may have been sanded and painted. Since it is neer to new, it would have been nice to have that done too. Mostly, just having it back in working order is a relief. Thank you for keeping me informed of the progress.

The customer service was terrible to say the least. I walked in the office to pick up my vehicle and the representatives looked at me as if I wasn't supposed to be there. There was no friendly greeting or how may i help you it was just unfriendly stares. I will NEVER have service done by these people again. I have never been treated so badly in a place of "business". I was so baffled I let enterprise know how terribly wrong I was treated. I didn't deserve that.

I found scratches on the inside of the door, and interior back seats, driver side door, and atm rest dirty, and watermark to back seat. There where also some exterior superficial scratches to second door on driver side but I was able to buffer most out. I was very satisfied with the work done to fix my car though. My car is only a few months old and its a lease and why I am being so particular.
