Dodd's did amazing work on our Hyundai Palasade! It took a little bit to get into the shop, however, the wait was worth it. The shop had great communication throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Dodd's to all our family and friends to use. We will definitely be coming back!

You have a staff that derides and minimizes women. When my daughter brought her car to you to fix, you treated her as less than a person. You would only speak to her boyfriend about the repair and only answer his questions. It took too long, you were too lazy to color match the paint the first time and you didn’t even want to take the payment until after she had already picked up the car. Your way of doing business is antiquated and offensive to half of the population. Thankfully we don’t live in Ohio so we won’t ever have to see you again.

We're happy with the work that was done, but it took over a month longer than initially anticipated and I had to call almost every week for a status update. Good customer service would be you calling me when the car isn't going to be ready on the date promised.

The first time I received my car it was a disaster. You could still see the Bondo work through the primer and paint they were runs in my paint and buffing compound and sanding dust everywhere so I was completely disappointed and had to wait another week for them to fix that but when I came back it was amazing. So the first time I came to pick up my car I probably would never of gone Back to your body shop but since you have a great leadership and managers in place My car turned out a lot better than I anticipated. Thank you very much for your hard work I am satisfied
