Bruce in the body shop was superior in customer service! He kept us updated. He also took us on s complete tour of our Jeep and showed us what needed to be fine and then upon its completion showed us what had been repaired, what parts were new, which sections had been bumped out! He was great. I would like to address the man who did our body work! I didn't get to meet him because he went on vacation. What a perfect job he did! My oh my, this person is a perfectionist! We were not satisfied with the fender work on our car. It was put back through, and did line up as it should. However a piece of weather stripping was not put on under the hood. They ordered the piece but haven't contacted us that it is in for them to install. We did notice paint over spray on the hood, etc after they redid the fender.

The only negative comment is that the estimate was nearly $****,000 cheaper than the actual repair costs w/parts. However, my Impala looked like new when I picked it up. The paint job was outstanding! Thank you!

I appreciated the agent contacting my insurance when they found other damage not seen initially at the time of the estimate. I also was impressed when they contacted me about a repair I was paying for out of pocket costing more than quoted and the reason why. Many places would have just done the repair and surprised you later with the increased cost. The body work looks exceptional. I'm very pleased that my baby was well cared for.

Picked up my vehicle that had been repaired, drove away and then noticed that the rear passenger door did (not lock). Then when taking a closer look i noticed that the area (that had been repaired), was not a professional looking finish. You could see where the dent was. I have to take my vehicle back again.
